At Elevate Fitness, we strive to provide the best fitness experience for all of our members. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. Below is our policy regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations:

Refund Policy

Membership Refunds:

Refunds are only issued within 7 days of the initial payment if you have not used any of the gym services or attended any classes.

If you have used the services, no refunds will be granted.

After 7 days, memberships are non-refundable but may be subject to cancellation (see Cancellation Policy below).

Event or Class Refunds:

Refunds for events or classes are only granted if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.

Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

Return Policy

Merchandise Returns:

Merchandise purchased from the gym (e.g., apparel, accessories, supplements) can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in unused, unworn, and resalable condition.

Items that are damaged, worn, or show signs of use will not be accepted for return.

Defective Products:

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will offer a replacement or full refund based on the nature of the defect.

Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation:

Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time with 15 days' notice.

Annual memberships are non-refundable but can be canceled after the first 12 months. If you cancel your annual membership, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, either in person or via email to chris@calffit.net.

Class Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your participation in a class or event, please inform us 24 in advance to avoid a charge.

If you do not attend a booked class or event without prior notice, a late cancellation fee may apply.

Processing Time for Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days of approval and may take additional time based on your payment method.

Additional Terms

All cancellations, refunds, or returns are subject to management approval.

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our members.
